In today’s competitive technology market, Dealertrack understood the importance of developing a work environment to attract and retain the best talent. The workplace strategy drove the development of an “ecosystem” of spaces that support a wide range of work styles including activity-based development, focused work areas and desk-sharing to maximize utilization. The innovative design concepts derived from the regional views created unique spaces for each team on each floor. The variation in work style and flow allowed for a variety of furniture, postures, and materiality. The large entry from the elevator lobbies allowed for areas of gathering to take place. Employees and guests emphasize the power of play in the workplace with gaming areas.
