General Assembly began as a global co-working space and has since grown to provide learning environments for professionals in the technology field. Located in Midtown Atlanta’s Ponce City Market, General Assembly’s 20,000 square feet space provides training rooms, co-working spaces and shared open spaces which allow clients to collaborate and connect with an elite network technology professionals. General Assembly was one of the first companies to occupy the converted historic Sears building constructed in 1926. The exposed fluted columns, concrete floors and open structure honors the building’s original architecture. The large open social space allows General Assembly to host large events in a laid-back, comfortable environment. Locally influenced graphics help foster a feeling of community for Atlanta technology professionals.
