With a strong commitment to the leadership development of their associates, HD Supply established a 225,000 square foot Leadership Development Center to serve as their new world class corporate headquarters. To support their associates, the LDC amenity spaces include a full services café, coffee bar, large dining room with a recreation area, outdoor patio overlooking the Chattahoochee River forest area, a fitness center, wellness rooms and a variety of open and closed collaboration spaces. A 28,000 square foot conference center provides a variety of meeting and collaboration spaces including a meeting room to accommodate up to 400 people. Given the wide variety of work styles among their associates, it was important that the workstations adapt easily to their changing needs spaces. To accommodate unique work styles, the typical workstation solution is made up of a standard kit of parts that can easily be reconfigured for different needs, within the same footprint, by the in-house facilities team.
