RSUI is an organization dedicated to the wholesale specialty insurance market. Located in Resurgens Plaza in Atlanta, Ga, this 85,000 SF multi-floor renovation was an opportunity for RSUI to create a more open and innovative work environment to be used as a strategic tool to help maintain their competitive edge in the insurance market. The centerpiece of the project includes a large café that provides a variety of alternative work venues and also serves as a pre-function area to support activities in the adjacent training and meeting rooms. A fitness room connects to the Café and is used by employees on a daily basis. All these areas may be combined to create an open gathering area to be used by the entire company for large social and educational events.
